Never actually seen any of the dogs being walked, looks like left in pens most of the time

My three cats were well looked after at Willowfield Cattery. They had two side by side pens with a pop hole between so that they could all be together. The facilities were clean and perfect for the cats. We were able to visit which was very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and I will be using them again when I need to.

A very kind and caring environment, brilliant customer service and cat accommodation is spotlessly clean. Our two cats have come home relaxed and happy after their 'holiday' with the Willowfield Team, our first time use of a cattery service and I would Wholeheartedly recommend Willowfield. An excellent experience for both cats and owners! Thank you Sheila and Vicky.

Never had a problem with GKG. They remember my pets, always give them oodles of affection and treats, and their flexible drop in clinics are an absolute lifesaver. I dropped by the other day after a walk on the common where my dog ripped a claw. I was in and out in ten minutes, my dog feeling a bit sorry for herself and minus a claw, but with good advice and antibiotics in tow. We've taken both cats and dogs there in the past, always been really pleased. They are fantastic.

We recently registered with GKG after our previous practice, Vets4Pets, closed. We were initially apprehensive about joining a new practice as we'd been so happy with Vets4Pets, however after our first visit today (for our Schnauzer's leg wound) we've been completely put at ease. Stuart, the vet we saw, was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He clearly explained our different options and listened closely to us too, and was very warm and compassionate towards Bramble. The nurse, Liz, was also very kind and helpful and everybody made a big fuss of our poor little pup! Needless to say we're extremely happy to have found a wonderful practice to continue with the high standards of care we'd previously enjoyed at Vets4Pets. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic and caring vets. Unfortunately they dealt with my dog dying but what a fantastic and caring team they were. I had the vet come to the home to perform the procedure and it was a lovely way to say goodbye to my best mate and the whole family appreciated it.

I'm taking both of my dogs there for years now. Both thatcham and Newbury branch are great. Recently one of my dogs became very ill and they recognised what's wrong with him straight away. Vets there are very nice always listen and answer the questions.
